ting.snapshot is an online platform operated by Tingting Lu ("the Photographer") for showcasing and selling digital photography and Lightroom presets. All products available for purchase are digital downloads delivered electronically via email.

3. Account Registration

To make a purchase, you may be required to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information during registration and to update your information as necessary.

4. Purchases and Payment

All prices are listed in US Dollars (USD) and are subject to change without notice. Payment is processed securely through Stripe, a third-party payment processor. By making a purchase, you agree to Stripe's terms of service. We do not store your credit card information on our servers.

Upon successful payment, you will receive an email containing download links for your purchased digital products. It is your responsibility to download and save the files. Download links may expire after a reasonable period.

5. Intellectual Property & Copyright

All photographs, images, presets, and content on this website are the original works of Tingting Lu and are protected by copyright law. The Photographer retains full copyright ownership of all works, whether displayed on this website or delivered as purchased digital products.

Purchasing a digital product grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable personal use license only. You do not acquire ownership of the copyright or any other intellectual property rights. Please refer to our License Agreement for detailed usage terms.

6. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:

• Reproduce, redistribute, resell, or sublicense any purchased digital products
• Use any images for commercial purposes without a separate commercial license
• Remove, alter, or obscure any copyright notices, watermarks, or metadata embedded in the files
• Use automated tools to scrape, download, or copy content from this website
• Claim authorship or ownership of any photographs or presets created by the Photographer
• Use any content in a manner that is defamatory, obscene, or otherwise objectionable

7. Refund Policy

8. DMCA & Copyright Infringement
