Digital Products — No Refunds
All products sold on ting.snapshot are digital downloads (high-resolution photographs and Lightroom presets). Due to the nature of digital goods, all sales are final and non-refundable once the purchase is completed and the download links have been delivered.
Why No Refunds?
Digital files cannot be "returned" once delivered. After purchase, you receive immediate access to download your photos. We encourage you to carefully review product descriptions, preview images, and details before making a purchase.
Exceptions
We understand that issues can occasionally arise. We may consider a refund or re-delivery in the following cases:
- The download link is broken or expired and cannot be resolved
- The delivered file is corrupted or significantly different from the preview
- A duplicate charge occurred due to a technical error
